At watershed, we value the contribution of every person connected to our church family. We seek to embody the belief that each person is a gift that brings to the whole unique perspectives and contributions that help the church to discern and be faithful to God’s work in their midst. As each person pursues their God-given dreams and abilities, we become more of what God intends for us to be. We’re better together.
Within our community we have a team of people that helps us discern the work of God among us and create a healthy environment for his work to flourish. This group includes men and women from our church family, representing a diverse group of passions, gifting, and interests.
Jeff Lovell, Pastor
Jeff Lovell is the lead pastor with the people of watershed. He is a compelling communicator and leader, with an unquenchable desire to push his faith further. Jeff is passionate about helping people discover their place in God’s great story, and painting a beautiful picture of what it means to “be the church.” After years of ministry with middle and high school students, Jeff and his wife, Lori, together with some friends, launched into the adventure that has become watershed: a community church in Stoughton, WI.
Jeff and Lori have two young girls, who account for Jeff owning more pink than he ever imagined possible.
